Confession



Popcorn is excruciatingly yummy. I crave it's soft crispy texture, oily salty flavor and warming aroma! We eat it probably a tad too often... maybe make that everyday too often. I look at it as over-all slightly healthy, though. It's natural fiber covered in pure organic coconut oil... better than ALOT of other snackyish foods I could crave, right?


We love it enough to have an entire mega drawer devoted to it.

Hey, after all, we do have a family of seven!

  1. Do you air pop the corn then put the coconit oil on it? Or pop it in the oil?

    Sounds good either way!

  2. We have a small 'movie theatre' style popcorn maker. You turn it on, add the oil, the popcorn and a little popcorn salt and it does all of the work! (: You can do it either way, though. Or even make it on the stovetop in a large lidded pot.
